Others are so violent it's best not to discuss them. These are honestly some of the tamer interrogations. Some special interrogations include curb-stomping, dipping an enemy's head into a piranha tank and pushing an opponent into a wood chipper. There are also special interrogations that ramp up the violence substantially. The Punisher allows players to interrogate enemies in extraordinarily brutal ways. He can grab an opponent and smash their face on the ground until they start giving him information. The flashback storytelling gives The Punisher a unique style that draws gamers in very quickly. Players control Frank Castle as he hunts down the people responsible for his family’s death and each level is a series of flashbacks Castle has while he is interviewed by the police.
The full release follows a mixture of the 2004 film storyline and several arcs from the comics. A mobile adaptation of the game released in 2004, but it was a much tamer version.
